Life Paths – Space for Spiritual Biography Work

Description:

The origin and philosophical basis of biographical work lies in Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophical understanding of the human being as a spiritual being connected to the cosmos and its laws, who carries out their development through incarnation on Earth. What, specifically, can biographical work offer you? In today’s world, where we as human beings have become increasingly responsible for our own life stories, and where social, economic, cultural and religious barriers have less and less influence over our lives, we are increasingly called upon to take full responsibility for shaping our own lives. The rapid changes coming at us from the outside are so great that we must continually rediscover our own life plan. Biographical work, as a modern path to self-awareness, can be a great help to you in these processes. For it is a deep, conscious and courageous look at your own journey of becoming. A comprehensive overview of your life helps you to better understand and accept many aspects of your life, and to become creative and free to embrace the new. Hidden connections become visible to you in your own biography: – how the life impulses brought from the prenatal period came to the fore – how fateful encounters and events transformed you – how beliefs shape your decisions and the way you live your life – how obstacles and adversaries have strengthened and nurtured you – when did you come closer to your inner calling? – the archetypal elements in the stages of your life – how cosmic rhythms manifest in your life Ultimately, through mindful self-awareness, your consciousness of your inner self may awaken – the unwavering bearer of your life’s purpose. This encounter with your own original self gives us the inner strength to live self-determinedly, to open ourselves to the future with confidence, and to connect harmoniously with the world.
