Dies betrifft das Møystad Økotun. Møystad Økotun ließ sich in Zusammenarbeit mit Nordbolig nicht realisieren, als die Materialpreise und die Zinsen stark anstiegen. Wir Grundeigentümer glauben jedoch, dass sowohl das Interesse als auch der Bedarf an einer stärker selbstversorgenden Lebensweise und mehr Gemeinschaft weiterhin vorhanden sind. Deshalb möchten wir das Grundstück gerne an eine Bewohnerinitiative verkaufen, damit das Projekt mit mehr Eigenleistung und ohne die zusätzlichen Kosten eines Bauträgers und Generalunternehmers verwirklicht werden kann. Møystad Økotun umfasst ein 26 mål großes, vollständig genehmigtes Grundstück für bis zu 18 Wohneinheiten, ein Gemeinschaftshaus und ein Betriebsgebäude. Das Gelände verfügt über fruchtbaren Boden und eine eigene Wasserquelle. Das Ökodorf liegt 6 km vom Zentrum Hamars entfernt, mit guten Busverbindungen sowie einem durchgehenden Fuß- und Radweg bis ins Stadtzentrum. Das Gebiet umfasst 37 mål und ist damit deutlich größer als Møystad. Außerdem besitzt es eine besonders schöne Lage. Møystad Eco-Village This concerns Møystad Økotun. Møystad Økotun could not be realized in cooperation with Nordbolig when material prices and interest rates increased significantly. However, we as landowners believe that both the interest in and the need for a more self-sufficient lifestyle and stronger community are still present. Therefore, we would like to sell the site to a resident initiative so that the project can be realized with more self-effort and without the additional costs of a commercial developer and contractor adding margins at every stage. Møystad Økotun consists of a 26 mål fully regulated site for up to 18 housing units, a community house, and an operations building. The land has rich soil and its own natural water source. The eco-village is located 6 km from the center of Hamar, with good bus connections and a walking and cycling path all the way into town. The local school and kindergarten are only 700 meters away. The site is the first (and perhaps the only) one in Norway with zoning regulations of this kind, allowing extensive cultivation, food production, and shared community solutions. Preferably sold to a resident initiative. Price: 5 million NOK. Second Site – Veikåker, Buskerud The second site is located in Veikåker, Buskerud.
